At Grove City Baptist Church, every member is a minister,GCBC has ministries aimed at

all walks of life that give members opportunities to fellowship, learn, grow,reach out to others

and meet the needs of believers, for more information about different ministries at GCBC please

1. Senior Saints:

This ministry is a "hands-on" ministry for seniors. Although this group is broken up into several

Sunday School classes, they serve and play together as a close group.Come join us and get involved!

Believing that we should continue to serve until our Lord comes again,
our seniors take a super active role in our church's other ministries as well!!!!

 

2. Church School:

Imagine raising kids who are growing toward full devotion to Christ, who can meet the

challenges their generation faces and be leaders for the Kingdom! your childwill memorize

Scripture, study theBible, sing fun Christian songs, and develop close friends.This ministry

is designed to teach the scripture with an emphasis and evangelism. The church school also

is designed to further the Christian's knowledge of the Word of God.Those gifted with the

gift of teaching should give prayerful consideration of serving in this ministry. The church

school consists of three components:
(1) Adult Department (2) Youth/Junior department (3) Primary/Pre-School/Nursery Department

 

3. Children's Ministry:

The ministry is designed to provide a worship and study opportunity designed especially for our

young people. A special curriculum covering: church decorum,bible
skills, and life issues appropriate to their age level. The youth are involved in bible based

discussions seeking to bring spiritual relevance to current issues.

 

4. Widows Encouragement:

The widow's ministry is designed to minister widows primarily of Grove City Baptist, but

not exclusively. This ministry seeks to provide an opportunity
for widows to gain strength through fellowship and a sundry of activities.

 

5. Music Ministry:

Music plays an important role in the worship and life of Grove City Baptist Church.

Each main service includes opportunity for corporate worship through
congregational singing. The Choir ministers the Word in song every Sunday

morning and evening. Teens and children are encouraged with musical training and
service opportunities. . Every facet of this active ministry is designed to

glorify God through vibrant, conservative music
